RETURN AND REFUND POLICY 
FOR PEINTAGONE PRODUCTS

This return policy defines the conditions for returning Peintagone products. Peintagone reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most recent version shall prevail.

What should you do if, as a consumer (non-professional), you wish to return your product after receiving an online order?

All white (non-tinted) products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in good condition (unopened, unused, not diluted, etc.).

Products will be inspected before issuing a refund. The refund is limited to the product value (excluding shipping costs) and will be processed within 7 days after receipt using the original payment method. Alternatively, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to Peintagone (damaged or incorrect product).

Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted or refunded. Damaged or used items will also not be refunded.

If your order is delivered damaged, you must report it to the carrier upon delivery. Otherwise, the delivery will be considered accepted and no refund can be processed. Please check your order upon receipt and note any issues in writing on the delivery slip.

Tinted or custom-made products are excluded from the return policy as they are personalized and cannot be resold.

If an order is returned due to being uncollected at a pickup point (14 days), it may be resent upon payment of €25 per parcel.

What if the product is not from the Peintagone brand?

For products from other brands, the statutory withdrawal right applies: refund if notified within 14 days + refund within 14 days after receipt. Only standard (non-express) delivery costs are refundable.

What if you did not receive your parcel within the expected timeframe?

Please contact us at info@peintagone.com or via our website contact form so we can investigate with the carrier.

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 21 days from the last tracking update. After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

How to validate a return?

Contact us via email or the contact form with your order number and photos supporting your return request. If approved, a return label will be sent to you by email. Please follow the carrier’s instructions and return the parcel in its original packaging.
